Led architecture for a global hospitality platform across 4 regions — delivering continuous enhancements, replacing a paid managed package with custom LWC, and building user adoption dashboards.
I'm a Salesforce Technical Manager and Architect with 19 years of experience in CRM Consulting and Delivery — 10 of which have been dedicated to Salesforce Architecture and Project Management. I've delivered enterprise solutions across Finance, Insurance, Hospitality, Public Sector, Telecom, and Consumer Goods — for clients in the UK, US, Europe, Japan, and across Asia-Pacific.
My career has been defined by the kind of work most people find uncomfortable: joining projects in trouble and turning them around, leading teams across languages and time zones, and architecting solutions in domains where the requirements are ambiguous and the stakes are high.
I believe good architecture is invisible — it enables the business to move fast without breaking things. I design for scalability and maintainability from the start, not as an afterthought. Every technical decision I make is grounded in a clear understanding of the business problem it's solving, and I hold myself accountable to outcomes, not just deliverables.
Over 19 years I've worked across the full Salesforce ecosystem — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft, and CPQ — and I've seen enough implementations succeed and fail to know that architecture alone doesn't determine outcomes. Leadership does.
I've led engineers in India, Japan, the Philippines, Germany, and the UK — often across cultural and language boundaries. I've learned that the most important thing a technical leader can do is remove uncertainty: give the team a clear direction, unblock them quickly, and maintain standards without micromanaging.
I'm currently at the frontier of Salesforce's Agentforce platform, designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients in Japan. The convergence of Salesforce's ecosystem depth with generative AI capability is genuinely exciting — and I think we're still in the early innings of what's possible.
I'm based in Japan, where I've developed conversational Japanese and a deep appreciation for the precision and care that Japanese work culture brings to delivery. It's shaped how I think about quality, communication, and client relationships.
8 Salesforce certifications spanning architecture, platform development, and consulting — backed by 19 years of hands-on delivery.
I'd love to connect with like-minded professionals and discuss Salesforce architecture, enterprise delivery, or anything in between.
